🥑Take chicken salad to a new level with the addition of avocado. This naturally creamy chicken and avocado salad is healthy and contains no mayo or sour cream

Ingredients
2 medium cooked chicken breasts, shredded or chopped (we used rotisserie chicken)
2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced
½ cup corn (roasted, canned, or frozen)
¼ cup red or green onion, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, minced (or parsley or dill)
2 tablespoons lime (or lemon) juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, avocado, onion, avocados, corn, and cilantro. 
Drizzle with the lime (or lemon) juice, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently until all the Ingredients are combined.

Notes: additional add-ins that go well with this salad include chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, bacon chopped and cooked, or black beans.

Gradual and gentle work needs to be done before starting intense core exercises. Here are some amazing moves to strengthen your abdomen and pelvic floor to help you get to a level where you can start to work your core with more intense exercises. Be humble, leave the ego, enjoy the journey and grasp and learn from your obstacles and progressions. What’s the point of getting to a goal if in the process you’re “cheating”, and mostly cheating yourself from truly emerging in what could have been an amazing experience. So what if I can touch my knees with me head if my body is not ready for it? I’m rounding my back and shoulders to get there. To truly love the journey I’ve learned to stop focusing on the goal and focus instead of where I am today and pushing myself to do all the right things so I can get to my goal from a different route. A route that I can enjoy and grasp all the amazing experiences and teachings that emerged from working towards that goal.  fitness is a lifestyle, a mindset! Reverse crunch Try going straight up in a vertical line instead of 45 degrees. At 45 degrees is easy to use momentum and not engage the lower abdominal muscles, whereas a vertical line requires a lot more control so the abdominal muscle will be engaged (that lower abs burn is unreal ) Try my workouts for free! Back lunges vs. front lunges I’m still trying to figure out why any trainer would make a client do front lunges 🤔 (or even worse, walking lunges ) both exercises (front and back lunges) target the same muscle groups, but with front lunges there is a high impact on the knees as you land. Overtime this can cause knee problems and even knee injuries. Cellulite is very common among women, most of us have it. Although our genetics (color skin and elasticity) play a big role in how much cellulite we have, there are some useful tips to help us minimize its appearance. 
1. Build muscle. More muscle mass will act as a filler' for your skin giving you a more toned look with smoother skin. (Check out my $15 program New Year New You, registraron closes Monday )
2. Eat a clean diet. Eliminate processed foods and foods high in sugar, these type of foods not only will make you gain weight but the toxins could make the situation worse (all my programs come with nutritional information).
3. Hydrate. Drinking plenty of water to help your skin be in its best shape, avoid alcohol as it can cause dehydration. 
6. Detox. Get rid of toxins in your body with a healthy detox such as drinking great tea or water with lemon. 
4. Massage. Massaging the area will incease blood circulation and minimize the appearance of cellulite.
